Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both customer satisfaction and efficient service management.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on products that:

• Were shipped directly from IceScrapely
• Are faulty due to manufacturing defects
• Were incorrectly shipped items
• Do not meet our quality standards

All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging where possible.

Return Process

2. 2. Return Authorization

   Wait for our team to review your request and provide return authorization with shipping instructions.

3. 3. Package the Item

   Securely package the item(s) with all original materials and documentation.

4. 4. Ship the Return

   Send the package to our return address in Montreal (provided with return authorization).

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Important Notes

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Partial refunds may be issued for damaged or used items
